Overview
In a city that never slows down, City Daze offers a mindful alternative. Co-founded by Zoe alongside Mindfulness Practitioner Rose from Still Chill, City Daze is a conscious walking club designed to reduce loneliness, encourage mindfulness, and foster genuine human connection. Through movement, guided breathwork, and curated conversations, City Daze is redefining what it means to slow down and be present.
Launching in January, City Daze partnered with our friends at Schuh to explore London’s green spaces, blending community-led experiences with meaningful conversations. Their first walk in Kyoto Gardens marked Schuh’s new Westfield store opening, in collaboration with ASICS SportStyle, reinforcing their shared commitment to movement and well-being. Their second wintery walk in Greenwich Park ended with community conversations over hot drinks, offering valuable moments of stillness and reflection.
With Londoners reported as the loneliest people in the UK (The Belonging Forum), Zoe and Rose saw a real need for spaces that prioritise mental well-being, physical movement, and social connection - sparking the birth of City Daze.

Zoe and Rose’s mission with City Daze was to create a free, fortnightly walking club that:
✦ Reduces stress, anxiety & loneliness - using introspective conversation prompts to spark deeper discussions
✦ Encourages movement - guiding attendees through London’s hidden spaces to keep both mind and body active
✦ Helps rediscover the city - moving beyond the daily commute to foster appreciation for our surroundings
✦ Builds community - bringing like-minded people together in an inclusive, welcoming group setting
City Daze has quickly built a loyal and engaged community, with Londoners embracing the opportunity to explore the city in a more mindful way. The initiative has already sparked powerful conversations and connections, proving that walking and talking can be a simple yet transformative act for well-being.
Zoe’s work - whether through business culture and happiness consulting, social media content, workshops, or events - centres on making happiness more accessible. City Daze is a natural extension of this mission, proving that well-being doesn’t have to be complicated; sometimes, it’s as simple as a walk, a conversation, and a shared moment of presence.
As City Daze continues to grow, Zoe remains committed to creating spaces where people can slow down, find community, and rediscover the joy in the everyday.
