Zoe is here to provide science-backed support to people and businesses in a fun, straight-talking and humorous way, making mental health help accessible to all and sharing the skills to understand and change how we feel.
As a soon-to-be qualified Psychologist who is coming to the end of her Masters, as well as being a certified coach who has spent the last 6 years working as a Businesses Culture Consultant, Zoe is well-equipped to share tools and techniques to teach people how to be happier.
She has worked with the likes of Lloyds Bank, Soho House, L’Oreal, Axel Arigato, Prince’s Trust, Elsie and Fred and Fluus, and has been featured by publications including Vice, Stylist, and Metro, to name a few.
Zoe has hosted ‘Cut the Bullsh*t’, a radio show for Foundation FM as well as the Livity ‘This is How’ podcast where she interviewed leading creatives from Snapchat, The Face, Rockstar Games, NBA and Sky Sports. She also appeared in the Channel 4 series Razor Sharp with Victor Kundai, Lady Leshurr and Scarlett Moffatt.
Zoe has gained speaking opportunities with the likes of Nike where she hosted a workshop for Adwoa Aboah, and has hosted events for The Stack World and Lost Village Festival, speaking on topics such as self-care and rejecting perfectionism.
On social, Zoe shares regular content with her audience around how the mind works, how to overcome negative self-talk, and how to deal with difficult situations and emotions in everyday life with formats ranging from street interviews to relatable memes.
Zoe aims to make the world a nicer place to live, and make being happy the norm.
