Creative Ally is a talent agency for creators and brands driven by purpose and progression.

We represent the voices shaping culture — not just creating content, but breaking barriers and sparking the conversations that move business and society forward.

Social media is one of the most influential tools available today. Used well, it shifts narratives, builds category leaders, and drives measurable commercial results.

Our expertise spans media, journalism, entertainment and advertising — giving us a sharp read on what resonates, and how to position people and ideas for real, lasting impact.

Creative Ally exists to be the partner ambitious creators and brands need — combining commercial rigour with cultural insight to push boundaries, challenge norms, and build influence that lasts.

Phie McKenzie

Founder / Strategist / Consultant

With 15+ years across journalism, media, communications, advertising, social strategy and the creator economy, Phie has built her career around identifying emerging talent, understanding cultural shifts and creating opportunities at the intersection of creativity, influence and business.

Before founding Creative Ally in 2022, Phie was Editor of Notion magazine, where she developed a reputation for championing emerging artists, creatives and subcultures, before moving into the creator economy with Studio71 and Moxie, working across brand, communications and digital talent.

Today, Phie works with creators to sharpen their positioning, grow their influence and build sustainable businesses beyond the traditional brand-deal model - spanning talent strategy, commercial partnerships, creative opportunities, communities and creator-led IP.

Through Creative Ally, she connects brands with culturally relevant talent and develops partnerships that are both commercially effective and capable of moving important conversations around people and planet forward.

She is the co-host of Move Over Mother Theresa, the podcast for creators who give a sh*t, in collaboration with Drop Dead Generous. Phie is committed to mentorship and demystifying the creative industries, and is the co-founder of Clwb Creative Cymru, a community event series celebrating Welsh creativity.

As a cultural consultant, thought leader and seasoned panellist, Phie can speak to topics from putting the purpose in commerce to community and brand building, reclaiming the word ‘influence’ and why purpose is power for the future of the creator economy.
