Rory Bradshaw is a yoga teacher, mens health & wellbeing expert and content creator whose key mission is to improve the lives of other men, by inspiring and educating them to prioritise their health and wellbeing, without sacrificing their lifestyles.

Whether he's teaching yoga to men in prison, helping stressed CEOs find balance through his men's community, or inspiring others across his 250K+ online community, Rory aims to help as many men as possible understand how to nourish their minds and bodies properly.

Blending his expertise in yoga, running, and strength training with a passion for electronic music, mindfulness, and adventure, Rory offers a contemporary and realistic approach to wellness that resonates with many. His innovative work has attracted collaborations with leading brands such as Holland & Barrett, CALM, Garnier, Stanley, and Great Northern Railway, and he serves as an official On Partner.

Alongside his best friend Ant, Rory co-founded PILLA, a groundbreaking men's wellbeing community reimagining men's health. PILLA's events, rooted in movement, mindfulness, and connection, reflect Rory's holistic philosophy. Since 2023, the community has hosted hundreds of events across London, including contrast therapy, meditation, yoga classes, hikes, and immersive day retreats.

Rory's keen to broaden the definition of masculinity and what it means to be a man in 2025. Sharing his more sensitive side, from encouraging other men to talk with one another about their feelings to sharing his skincare routine, he is creating safe spaces online and IRL where like-minded men can come together, away from toxic and stereotypical behaviours and outdated models of masculinity. His approach has been celebrated in GQ, Business Insider, Men's Health, and FAULT

However, while his online profile soars, Rory's trajectory has been built consciously. Since 2014 he has worked and volunteered within prison, school and community settings to support and bring hope to marginalised young people and adults, including running a youth service for hundreds of young people at Carney's Community, between 2017 and 2022.

Most notably, Rory has been teaching weekly yoga in men's prisons since 2019 and currently heads a transformative programme at HMP Brixton. His unique teaching style helps incarcerated individuals develop self-understanding, break harmful patterns, and cultivate inner peace. Extending his support, all his prison students receive free access to PILLA community events, ensuring continued personal growth post-release.

In recent years, Rory has expanded his impact through short-form content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. His viral videos, garnering millions of views, aim to equip men worldwide with practical tools for mental and physical wellness, connecting and inspiring global audiences to become their best selves.

On X Rory Bradshaw:  Redefining Movement for Men's Wellbeing

As a long-term ambassador for On, Rory has consistently championed the brand's mission, advocating for the joy of movement and demonstrating how it supports men's mental and physical health. This collaboration reached new heights with PILLA's first retreat in 2025, where On supported a full-day experience for 60 men, featuring sauna and plunge therapy, yoga with live sound, and community-driven movement.

Impact

The retreat received outstanding feedback, highlighting the increasing demand for spaces where men can engage in movement and mindfulness free from pressure or judgment. Rory’s retreat roundup reached over 50K views. Watch Rory’s Retreat Recap videos here and here.

By partnering with a brand that values both performance and wellbeing, Rory continues to break down barriers in men’s wellness, proving that strength comes from balance, connection, and self-care.

The Slow Down Salon

In December, Rory curated The Slow Down Salon, a first-of-its-kind community experience created in partnership with On and hosted at SALT Salon in Borough Market.

Designed as a response to end-of-year burnout, the event offered an intentional alternative, blending movement, mindfulness, music and conversation, inviting guests to fill their cup.

The morning involved a guided mindfulness session and 5KM group run, followed by breakfast. The afternoon shifted into reflection and restoration, with Rory moderating a panel conversation featuring David Larbi, Niks, and Louis VI, alongside live music and self-care treatments.

Impact

At a time when fitness culture often centres performance and output, this event stood apart by prioritising space, presence, and connection.

Supported by On, the partnership showcased how brand collaborations can move beyond traditional activations to create culturally relevant, trust-led experiences.

Finding Slowness in London with Equinimity Festival

Rory partnered with Equanimity Festival in King’s Cross to highlight a real-world space for recharging in the heart of London. The experience aligned perfectly with his approach to wellbeing, combining movement and intentional rest with guided sessions and shared moments designed to foster mindfulness and reflection.

Impact

The collaboration gave Rory’s audience an opportunity to step away from the city’s usual pace and prioritise their wellbeing. It reinforced his commitment to placing self-care at the centre of daily life, setting the tone for 2026 and continuing his mission to inspire a community that values mindful living as an essential part of their routines, relationships, and careers.

Historic Royal Palaces X Rory Bradshaw: Swapping Traffic for Tranquility

In this collaboration with Historic Royal Palaces, Rory embraced the benefits of switching up environments to support your mental wellbeing. Through a beautifully shot content piece filmed at Hampton Court Palace, Rory and his wife Whitney shared the transformative impact of stepping away from the city’s chaos to reconnect with themselves and the beauty around them.

Rory’s video captured the contrast between urban overstimulation and the serenity of nature, illustrating how a simple change in surroundings can create space for restoration. Rory’s messaging encouraged his audience to seek out places of calm, spotlighting Historic Royal Palaces as the perfect setting for mindful escapes.

Impact

The campaign inspired Rory's audience to consider their own need for rest and reflection, with the content reaching an impressive 1.4 million views on TikTok. By aligning with Historic Royal Palaces, Rory extended his message beyond fitness, demonstrating how mindful environments play a crucial role in mental health and self-care.

This collaboration exemplified Rory’s commitment to prioritising rest as much as movement and making wellness feel accessible, realistic, and essential for all.

Rory × AXA UK : Financial Abuse Awareness

IRory partnered with AXA UK to raise awareness of financial abuse and the ways it can appear within relationships. The campaign highlighted that financial abuse is not always obvious, and can often be disguised as everyday conversations or behaviours that gradually undermine a person’s financial independence.

Rory created a social-first Reel exploring some of the warning signs of financial abuse, encouraging audiences to recognise behaviours that may otherwise be overlooked and directing those who may be affected towards further support. The campaign was delivered in partnership with Women’s Aid and Smart Works, with the organisations working alongside AXA UK to raise awareness and provide practical support to people affected by financial abuse.

Impact

The campaign helped bring greater visibility to an often-hidden form of domestic abuse, using accessible social content to encourage audiences to recognise the signs and understand that support is available.

Rory’s involvement helped translate a serious and complex issue into an accessible conversation, while the partnership with specialist organisations reinforced AXA UK’s commitment to awareness, education and practical support for those affected by financial abuse.

Rory × Hinge : One More Hour

Rory partnered with Hinge as part of its ‘One More Hour’ initiative, supporting the brand’s mission to create a less lonely world by encouraging people to invest more time in the friendships and communities around them.

For the activation, Rory showcased how he supports his PILLA community through events like movement classes and social dinners. For this dinner, he had one simple rule: everyone had to bring a friend they had met through PILLA. Hosted at SALT Salon in London, the evening brought together people whose friendships had grown through the community over the past three years, creating space to reconnect, meet new people and strengthen existing relationships.

The dinner reflected the central message of the initiative — while quick catch-ups can maintain a friendship, deeper connection and support require time and consistency.

Impact

The partnership brought Hinge’s ‘One More Hour’ message to life through an authentic community experience, demonstrating the value of investing more time in friendships rather than relying on occasional catch-ups.

By connecting Hinge with an established community and friendships that had developed organically over several years, Rory created a meaningful example of how time, consistency and shared experiences can help combat loneliness and build stronger connections
