Rory Bradshaw is a yoga teacher, health & fitness enthusiast and content creator whose key mission is to improve the lives of other men, by inspiring and educating them to prioritise their health and wellbeing, without sacrificing their lifestyles.
Whether he’s teaching yoga to offenders in prison yoga, helping stressed CEO’s find balance through his men’s retreats or inspiring others across his 200K+ online community, Rory aims to help as many men as possible understand how to properly nourish their mind and body.
Harnessing his love of yoga, running and weight training, with his passion for house music, mindfullness and adventure, Rory’s contemporary and realistic approach to wellness is enjoyed by many. His work has earned him collaborations with brands such as On, Holland & Barrett, CALM, and Great Northern Railway. He also serves as an official On Running ambassador.
Alongside his best friend Ant, Rory is the co-founder of PILLA, an activewear brand and mens movement community. PILLA was built on the premise that to live a fulfilled life, it must be built upon a strong foundation of health and wellbeing. PILLA has been facilitating mens yoga events and retreats since 2023, which incorporate movement, cold-water therapy, meditation, and nourishing food.
Rory’s keen to broaden the definition of masculinity, and what it means to be a man in 2025. Sharing his more sensitive side, from encouraging other men to talk with one another about their feelings to sharing his skincare routine, he is creating safe spaces online and IRL where like-minded men can come together, away from toxic and stereotypical behaviours and outdated models of masculinity.
Recent press features in GQ, Business Insider, Men’s Health and FAULT, demonstrate just how welcome Rory’s aims are.
However, Rory’s trajectory has been built consciously. While his online profile soars, since 2014, Rory has worked and volunteered within prison, school and community settings, to support and bring hope to marginalised young people and adults, including running a youth service for hundreds of young people at Carney’s Community, between 2017-2022.
Rory is best known for teaching weekly yoga in men's prisons, which he has done since 2019, across and around Lonndon prisons. His approach and teaching style resonates with the men inside prison and equips them with a yoga practice to take back to their cells and carry forward in life beyond the prison gates. He helps them to realise you don’t have to be white, rich, flexible or female to do yoga, but that it is a jewel anyone can hold, to experience a healthier, happier and more peaceful life. With time, Rory observes his students developing a greater understanding of themselves, breaking free from their harmful habits and cultivating an inner calm.
In recent years, Rory’s drive to support more men, saw him turn his efforts towards creating short-form content on his Instagram and TikTok channels - with the aim of equipping men with the tools and knowledge to look after their minds and bodies better. His viral videos have gained millions of views and he loves connecting with men around the world who want to As a creative entrepreneur, Chloe co-hosts Underground Barz, an event she runs with her fiancé, Unified King, offering a platform for emerging poets to showcase their talent and connect with a supportive community.
