In a returning partnership with Historic Royal Palaces, men’s health and fitness advocate and wellbeing creator Rory Bradshaw brought his audience along for a family day at Kensington Palace. Sharing the experience with his wife, Whitney and his in-laws, Rory championed the importance of connection, culture, and quality time with loved ones in a high-performing Reel.
