Teaday Blogs (Tide) is a multifaceted Artist, Illustrator, Content Creator and Video Editor.

She uses creativity to explore self-expression, mental health, and the many layers of being human.

Born in Lagos, raised in Tanzania, and now based in London, Tea began her creative journey with a blog in 2017 – a space to reflect on life and identity through candid writing. Today, her digital presence feels like a visual journal: personal and deeply relatable, shaped by her neurodivergence, emotional sensitivity, and desire to connect with others.

Tea’s content is a striking blend of surrealist illustration, lifestyle, fashion and mental health storytelling. She brings a consistent and recognisable visual style across platforms – from bold, colourful fonts and handwritten notes that feel like diary entries, to content series’ with signature intros. Each piece draws you in with curiosity and intention, inviting her audience into her world to share in her life lessons, and musings.

At the heart of Tea’s work is a desire to understand and express both internal and external realities – from navigating PMDD and anxiety to defining creativity on her own terms. Whether she’s sharing a thought-provoking mantra in her artist flogs series, reflecting on challenging emotions through illustration, or chatting candidly on TikTok, Tea manages to be open and vulnerable without ever taking herself too seriously.

Tea speaks with clarity and compassion, and her natural presence as a presenter has seen her fronting a Vox Pop series with Love Not Landfill and talking on a panel for BBC Bitesize in schools. She’s also worked with brands including adidas, Crocs, Sky TV, ohne, Lucy and Yak, and Sainsbury’s on highly creative illustrated campaigns, modelled for River Island, and brought her imaginative editing style to projects with Active Minds and M3.

Tea is building a creative ecosystem, with community and social change at its centre, regularly bringing her audience together through workshops and live events, such as her recent Tomorrow Together workshop, encouraging others to engage in a collective vision for the future through art, reflections, and conversation. She is also the founder of Re-education – an activist platform reimagining lifelong learning and making activism more accessible.

Tea’s work is real and refreshing, showing how creativity can be a powerful tool for healing, community building, and change.
