Authors + Educators + Social Impact Advocate

Naomi and Natalie Evans are the award-winning educators, authors, communicators, and social impact advocates exposing how racism is present across all sections of society, and highlighting how this can be broken.

They are speakers, facilitators and the Founders of Everyday Racism - the UK's largest anti-racism platform, as well as Founders of The AntiRacist school, which delivers training to some of the world's biggest brands.

In 2020, following a viral video of Natalie confronting racial abuse in public, the sisters created Everyday Racism as a safe online space for Black people and People of colour to share their lived experiences. What started as a platform for storytelling quickly evolved into something far more ambitious: a multilayered organisation and educational platform dedicated to tackling racism in all its forms.

Today, with 260,000 followers on Instagram, they operate across multiple channels. Naomi and Natalie deliver impactful workshops and talks across the UK and internationally, sharing their insight with thousands of people of all ages, and have established The Anti-Racist School , a CIC providing transformative training programmes for educational settings and workplaces.

They've also published two books: The Mixed-Race Experience (Penguin Books, 2022) and Everyday Action, Everyday Change (Hachette, 2023), and delivered a powerful TEDx Talk on ‘The Power of Knowing Your Purpose.’

Their work has been recognised by the Changemaker of the Year Award at the 2024 ITV bCreator Awards, BBC Radio 1Xtra as future figures, featured in publications including Red, Grazia, and BBC News, and backed by partnerships with leading organisations including Lego, Coutts, GSK, the National Trust, and Warner Brothers.

Naomi and Natalie create content that spans anti-discrimination education, social injustice, and current affairs, diving deep into nuanced topics while fighting against misinformation and far-right narratives. Their work opens conversations and encourages real-world impact; deepening learning and empowering audiences to use their voice, take to the streets, and demand change. They collaborate strategically with charities, brands, and fellow creatives and activists to amplify their message, and they regularly hit 10M monthly views.

Beyond the metrics and accolades, Naomi and Natalie are driven by a singular mission: to provide accessible education and training for all, creating safe spaces to learn and building the confidence needed to impact real, lasting culture change. Their vision is uncompromising: a world where diversity is celebrated as strength, and all people thrive regardless of race, class, gender, or ethnicity.

With over 20 years of combined experience in education and DEI leadership and an unwavering commitment to ongoing learning, they continue to challenge “how systems of hierarchy erode our humanity” one conversation at a time.

en.entr × Everyday Racism

Everyday Racism partnered with en.entr to create an educational video exploring the reality of microaggressions and the lasting impact they have on people of colour. Through relatable examples and accessible storytelling, Naomi and Natalie unpacked why seemingly "innocent" comments can be harmful, encouraging audiences to listen, reflect and better understand lived experiences.

The collaboration helped spark meaningful conversations around allyship, empathy and everyday anti-racism, making an often misunderstood topic more accessible to a wide digital audience.

Asylum Accommodation Campaign With Ben & Jerry’s

Everyday Racism partnered with Ben & Jerry's on a purpose-led advocacy campaign calling for safe, humane accommodation for people seeking asylum in the UK. The campaign used Everyday Racism's trusted educational voice to raise awareness of the realities faced by adults and children living in unsafe, prison-like accommodation while waiting for asylum decisions.

Through clear, accessible social content, Naomi and Natalie encouraged their community to take urgent action by contacting their MPs and supporting policy change rooted in dignity, safety and compassion. The collaboration transformed a complex and often politicised issue into a simple, actionable moment, helping audiences understand the human impact of the asylum system and use their voices for change.

The partnership brought together Ben & Jerry's long-standing commitment to social justice with Everyday Racism's ability to educate, mobilise and engage audiences around anti-racism and human rights.

MUBI × Everyday Racism

Everyday Racism partnered with MUBI to spotlight Dahomey, the award-winning documentary by filmmaker Mati Diop. Through an editorial-led campaign, Naomi and Natalie used the film as a starting point to explore themes of cultural heritage, restitution and the importance of learning histories that have often been overlooked or excluded from mainstream education.

By connecting the documentary's themes to their ongoing educational work, the collaboration encouraged audiences to reflect on identity, representation and historical justice while introducing the film to an engaged community passionate about culture and social change. The campaign seamlessly blended thoughtful storytelling with a clear call to action, driving awareness of Dahomey and encouraging audiences to experience the film through MUBI.

TEDx Talk

Everyday Racism took to the TEDxTeesside stage to deliver a powerful keynote exploring how small, everyday actions can create meaningful social change. Drawing on the personal story that sparked the creation of Everyday Racism, Naomi and Natalie shared practical ways individuals can move beyond good intentions and become active participants in building more inclusive communities.

The talk centred on the belief that lasting change begins with everyday conversations, education and action, inspiring audiences to challenge bias, embrace empathy and recognise the impact they can have within their own workplaces, schools and communities. The partnership reinforced Everyday Racism's position as one of the UK's leading voices on anti-racism and social change, bringing their message to a live audience committed to driving positive impact.
