Charlie is an eco-lifestyle advocate and creator from Manchester, who is dedicated to making sustainability accessible and achievable to all.

Growing up in an eco household, Charlie developed an appreciation for the earth and a desire to make conscious changes each day to reduce her impact. After a volunteering trip to Nepal opened up her eyes to waste pollution, she set up an e-commerce shop with her sister to shine a light on brands doing great things for the planet.

She has since moved into social media content and grown her online platform to a community of 48K across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, sharing daily eco-tips and candid experiences from her sustainability journey.

Charlie adopts a down to earth content style and empowers her audience to make greener choices through highlighting inexpensive and accessible ways to protect the planet. Her ‘Weekly Eco Actions’ series celebrates what her community are doing and inspires others to get involved.

Charlie loves to travel, and recently documented a Canada road trip and her eco-actions which came with being away from home. She firstly shared how to use up all the food in her cupboards to prevent waste before traveling, and held herself accountable with some eco-aims to stick to throughout. 

She also breaks down sustainability misconceptions, examples of greenwashing, and shines a light on both organisations that are doing great things in the space as well as those that should be doing more, ensuring that she covers how big brands can make a difference as well as the actions of each individual. 

Charlie has collaborated with brands such as E.On, WUKA, VARTA, and Sea Change on social content and would like to continue to partner with brands who share her eco-conscious ethos.

Charlie partnered with sustainable wine company Sea Change, sharing with her audience how she gifted them to her bridesmaids as part of her eco-conscious wedding planning.

SOCIAL CONTENT COLLAB WITH WATERWISE

Charlie collaborated with Waterwise to bring awareness to water efficiency by sharing tips for reducing water consumption in small and simple ways in the home.

PARTNERSHIP WITH The Two minute foundation

The Two Minute Foundation provides quick and simple solutions to caring for the environment and reducing waste and asked Charlie to help showcase their 2 minute litter pick campaign.

Charlie worked with E.On energy to share with her audience ways of tackling the 9.5 million tonnes of food wasted every year in the UK, by storing food correctly and keeping it fresher for longer.

LIFE BEFORE PLASTIC X WUKAWEAR

Charlie teamed up with carbon-neutral underwear brand WUKA to highlight alternative options to sanitary products with their period pants that stretch to fit up to 4 sizes and are Better Cotton Initiative certified.

Charlie joined forces with VARTA to host a competition for both of their audiences on Instagram with prizes of cash donations for community projects.
